AKA syzygium aromaticum l. bud oil. Base note. Spicy, sweet, hot aroma with a slight fruitiness. aka syzygium aromaticum
Oil is derived from the dried flowerbuds.
Typically it consists of 80-90% eugenol, eugenyl acetate, caryophyllene and other minor constituents.
Our oil is about 90% eugenol with little or no eugenyl acetate,

Please note some essential oils, particularly those which are highly volatile,
will affect the epoxy resin lining you'll find in aluminium bottles and you may find some of this lining sedimenting in your oil.
Do not be alarmed - it wont affect the quality of the oil and you can filter this out.
