Unrefined butter butyrospermum parkii
yellow/ivory/green in colour, grainy texture, characteristic virgin shea odour. (its a fairly strong odour so you might need to moderate your recipe input accordingly.
some light specking ( from the kernels) will be found in some batches.
Store in a cool dark place away from children.
Add Vitamin E TO MELTED BUTTER, STIR WELL ( if you need to EXTEND its shelf life)
Not for internal use.
when butter is tempered and solidified the crystal structures usually change, including the colour - don't be alarmed it should still work just fine in all your applications.
