GDL is made through the fermentation of plant-derived glucose, generally rice or maize
sieves thru 25 mesh
useage 1%-3%. Can usefully be combined with sodium benzoate, (0.02-1.0% ) potassium sorbate (0.02-1.0%), or both.
Note this is also called Food additive E575
