Kojic Acid Dipalmitate is sterified Kojic Acid. Why sterified ??? It has better whitening ability and is more stable than in cosmeceuticals.
By inhibiting activity, KAD is primarily a tyrosinase inhibitor.
thus it suppresses melanin formation making it an effective dark skin lightener.
It has good stability in heat and light, wont change colour. ( compatible with iron products)
Stable from pH 3 to 10. Add at oil phase. (Insoluble in water)
