You can place orders using our Secure Online Products Catalogue (please click on the Starfield button below for our High Assurance SSL Certificate details). Alternatively you can download an electronic version of our catalogue and phone, fax, email or snail mail us with your order. If you have chosen to pay by Credit Card and have put your card details into the site, we will despatch your order, usually within one or two days. If you have chosen another payment option we contact you as soon as possible, once we have calculated delivery costs, and advise the total invoice amount and the order will be despatched, usually within one/two days of payment receipt. You can also visit our showroom in Noosaville ... but please call or email us to arrange an appointment. We will ship your order via the shipping method that you choose when you complete your order. If you choose "cheapest option" it will normally go out via Australia Post, but for metropolitan South East QLD, and for orders heavier than 25kg, there may be a more economical option to deliver via Courier. If you wish to be able to track your order at all stages between leaving our premises and arrival, you need to choose the "courier" option or "Australia Post Receipted Delivery".
