This oil is Cold pressed from the seeds. : light in colour and texture. We love it for its huge alpha linolenic acid ALA content  50 to 60% of the oil It begs the question why dont we eat it  Well you could if you wanted to but we are not licensed food sellers but it has no flavour - even less than Evening Primrose oil. Our advice is to use it in all your massage blends, creams and lotions, as much as your wallet will allow.
